Childbirth, A Miracle

In this world, the most miraculous fact is the birth of a child. It is celebrated in every country, whatever may be the religion, of status of the person. The family, mostly the mother of the child, is ecstatic with joy. Her eyes and heart are blinded with joy Women always dream of this special and incredible moment of actually bringing into this world, the life that they created.

No woman, in this world, after giving birth to her child, wants it to suffer in any way possible, now or ever. Thus, each and every mother tries to protect and nourish her child in every way imaginable. So, it’s horrendous to even think about how terrible it would be if the mother of the child experiences baby loss.

Child loss, a Tragedy

This concept is not new or novel these days. It happens everywhere because of an array of reasons. They can be stillborn babies, abortions, miscarriages, female foeticide, SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome), etc.But whatever the reason is, it’s extremely painful for the family to bear the consequences, especially if the child loss happens after its birth.

One cannot even imagine the state of the mother who nurtured and looked after the child with exceptional care for nine months in her womb.

On the 15th of October, the International Pregnancy and Infant Loss day is observed. Awareness should be generated within the people of this world about baby loss, as it’s a very significant problem, that’s spreading its wings worldwide, slowly but surely.
